Don't Have a Password?

If you are part of a group that is attending a Flexible Thinking Program or using Personal Coaching, please contact your administrator for your group's password.

If you're interested in purchasing an HBDI profile, please contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page and tell us what you want. Profiles are $65 each plus shipping costs, which can vary depending upon how fast you want the profile and your location. Your mailing will include a comprehensive interpretation package. We would be glad to help you if you have questions about the profile.

When we have received your payment we will give you a password to use in the procedure below.

Procedure

1. Access web site - Mindtech3.com

2. Click on "skip" or "continue" in the bottom right corner of the introductory page to get to Home Page.

3. In the left border of the Home Page, click on the 4-colored circular icon with "HBDI" in the name.

4. Type your password (Web Key) in the window and click "continue."

5. Click on the blue letters "MindTech, Manny Elkind."

6. It may take one or two minutes for the assessment to load. There are no value judgments associated with your responses, so the assessment can be interesting to think about and fun to do when you relax and get curious about your responses.

7. Follow the instructions precisely. If you don't, an error message will show on your screen identifying the corrections that must be made for the survey to be scored. The confidential research information at the end is voluntary and does not affect the scoring.

8. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the survey.

This survey information will be kept confidential. However, you'll discover that it's valuable and fun to show and talk about your profile with your colleagues and family. That action will help create a greater understanding and appreciation of the variety of ways that people learn, make decisions, solve problems, and communicate.
